Dr Robert Payne is the Compliance Manager for Epsilon Direct Lending and member of the Compliance Committee. 

He is the owner and Managing Director of Guildfords Funds Management Pty Ltd, a boutique financial services company.  He has extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance management, regulatory submissions, AFSLs, valuations, capital raising and M&A advice including due diligence.

His qualifications and memberships include a Ph.D La Trobe University; Bachelor of Science (Honours) La Trobe University; Exec MBA/PMD Harvard Business School (MA, USA); PS 146 Securities Institute of Australia; Advanced Diploma of Financial Licensing Management; Graduate, Institute of Company Directors; and Agent’s Representative Course (REIV).
