Gareth is Head of Finance and Operations for Epsilon Direct Lending.

Gareth has 18 years’ experience across corporate finance operations and financial services in Europe and Australia. He was most recently a Senior Manager within the Macquarie Capital Principal Finance team where he was responsible for the portfolio management of traditional and alternative investments including deal approvals, settlements, bookings, portfolio reporting, risk analysis and continuous improvement of the operations process.

Prior to joining Macquarie Group, Gareth worked as a Senior Auditor in the KPMG Financial Services Audit team in Dublin, where he was responsible for the planning and execution of large fund manager audits. He has also worked in an accountancy practice, responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements for small private companies.

Gareth has a Bachelor of Business (Finance) degree from Dublin City University and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
