Vivian is the Compliance Manager for Epsilon Direct Lending and observer of the Compliance Committee. 

Vivian is an Associate Director at Guildfords Funds Management Pty Ltd, a boutique financial services company.  She has more than 8 years of professional experience in the financial services industry and is proficient in the establishment and operation of wholesale managed investment schemes, and corporate trustee services.  She is experienced in Australian Financial Service Licenses application and its associated compliance, risk and asset management.

Vivian holds a Master of Management (Accounting) from the University of Melbourne.  She is a qualified CPA and holds a RG146. Vivian is from Beijing and a native Mandarin speaker.
